Planned outage of Mervis SCADA on 31 March 2025

Dear Customers, we would like to inform you about the planned outage of the Mervis SCADA service due to a system upgrade. The outage will occur on March 31, 2025, from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC+1, CET (Central European Time). It will not be possible to log into the SCADA service during this time frame.

The planned outage will not affect your data or the running of your projects:

• Data will be stored in Mervis Database during the outage 
• Remote access to the PLC via Mervis Proxy will be fully functional  
• You will still be able to control the technology locally via the Mervis IDE or the local web on the PLC

Once the service is back up and running, it will be possible to log into the Mervis SCADA service as usual. If you have any questions about the planned outage, please contact us.
