Data collection and storage
The Mervis SCADA service includes a database system that allows data to be tracked over time, looking for errors and room for optimization. Data is stored in a secure datacenter.

Multiple ways of looking at data for effective problem identification and optimization - data point list, graphs with historical data or technology visualization.
Alarms and notifications
Immediate automatic notification in case of a failure via e-mail or push notification to your mobile device, desktop or tablet. The alarm will also alert you if the connection to the PLC is lost.
Secure remote management
Allows remote repair and programming of a controller from anywhere in the world without the need for special network settings. Secure access is provided by proxy servers.
User and access rights management
The Mervis SCADA Manager provides efficient user management across all projects – adding/removing users, setting access levels and creating groups. All this is entirely under your control.

Unipi and Mervis SCADA ecosystem
Connection to sensors, actuators and other field devices is via Unipi controllers. These are then connected securely using Mervis Proxy, either using wire (Ethernet) or wireless (LTE), to the database and SCADA server. User access to the server is possible through a web interface or a PWA mobile application. The Mervis SCADA Manager tool in the customer section of the Unipi website is used for management across all Mervis SCADA projects – from access rights and user administration to billing.
Programming of Unipi controllers is performed in the Mervis IDE development environment. A Mervis RT license is required to run the program, which is provided free of charge for the Unipi Neuron and Patron product lines.
How much does Mervis SCADA cost?
The price of a data point (DP) is calculated according to the total sum of DPs within the Domain. The DP price includes all system functionalities, including updates with unlimited users.
