Resistance temperature sensors

Home Products Resistance temperature sensors Back
Products

Resistance temperature sensors available in the Unipi product catalogue are designed for temperature measurements in monitoring, regulation and HVAC control projects. The sensors utilize the Pt1000 resistance chips and, along with compact size, offer quick installation and, easy connection to Unipi PLCs and extension modules. These features make the sensors suitable for building management systems, industrial installations, smart home, HVAC control systems and other automation projects.

What are the main advantages of resistance sensors?

  • compact dimensions and favourable price,
  • simple and universal solution for all applications with resistance measurement support (can be used in any system compatible with Pt1000 sensors),
  • suitable for a wide range of applications (outdoor and indoor installations, industrial environment, temperature measuring inside pipelines and sumps, etc.),
  • high response time and measuring stability,
  • the practical design of plastic heads containing spring terminals for easy connection,
  • sensors can be used immediately after the connection,
  • all models undergo metrologic inspection,
  • a wide selection of models, customization options (see below).

Compatibility with Unipi products

Resistance sensors are fully compatible with all Unipi controllers and extension modules equipped with analog inputs.

Unipi Neuron, Unipi Patron and Unipi Axon controllers

Selected models of the mentioned product lines feature analog inputs, whose number differs depending on the specific model. For more info about Unipi controllers, please visit the product catalogue.

Unipi Extension xS51 module

A simple and inexpensive way to extend your system by additional inputs and outputs. The xS51 module communicates with the controller via the RS485 serial interface (Modbus RTU protocol). Aside from digital I/Os, relay outputs and analog outputs, the module also features four analog inputs. More detailed info is available in the module’s documentation on this link

Software options

Sensors are fully compatible with the Mervis system, the official software solution for Unipi controllers. Thanks to the compatibility with the EVOK open web-service API, you can use the data from the sensors either in your software or in any of the supported third-party solutions. For more info about the available software, please visit this link.
