26/08/2020 Based on customer feedback we improved the user account page by introducing a new option to add text notes to each Mervis licence.
A licence request with a lifetime licence code for the Mervis system, an officially supported solution for Unipi products, is included in the package of all Unipi controllers. By entering the code on https://www.unipi.technology/getmervis you will then receive a Mervis licence for the purchased controller.
Upon successful licencing, the controller is bound to the controller. Previously, it was not possible to easily distinguish the individual licences in the customer account. As a solution based on customer’s feedback, a new option to add a text note for each licence is now available. This allows you to mark the controller bound to the specific licence. Note contents are up to you - aside from type and the serial number of the controller, you can enter all necessary info related to the given controller or its installation. This may include an IP address, physical location of the controller, VPN information or other information. In any case, we recommend to always add the type and the serial number of the controller.

The text field can be also used for longer texts, such as a list of info about the controller, its installation and the customer the PLC is installed at. Notes are visible only to you through the customer account menu.
